Sensors stopped reading and only takes weight and BMI

Since it’s been three years since the developer has worked on the app, I’m assuming they have abandoned it. it did what I needed it to do initially, but now it no longer stores the weight that it receives from the scale.

I’ve used this scale for about 3 years. It no longer pairs with iOS device. TACKY TACKY TACKY! ALSO, it would constantly make me log often. Annoying!

I was logged out and not able to log back in, password doesn’t matter it just won’t let you in. It’s so weird.

Worked well for some time then it stopped working and none answers the service phone. You are waiting and then it drops

I had this scale for about a year, then all of the sudden the data stopped syncing. I’m able to see my weight through the app, but the weight will not log along with the other info (eg MBI, fat, hydration, etc). I’ve tried removing the app and re-installing, resyncing my scale, changing the batteries, but no resolution. If your scale is working perfectly, give it time. It will soon stop working as others have already said. I’m on a mission for a new scale.

App worked for me the last couple years, but appears to have been abandoned the last few years. It auto-logged me out and all options (Sign in, sign up, or reset password) all have the same useless error message “You can do operation when open network”. What ever that means

Wont show fat percentage wont add in weight automatically…. I had this for years and loved it. Now I hate it!

The app has been flawless forever, but suddenly stopped working. It pairs with scale, but can no longer identify the person and doesn’t record weight. Just upgraded iOS, so maybe that’s why?

Worked well until 11/15/23, now it shows my weight on my iPhone but will not record it. Tried reloaded app, no change.

Does not keep track of weight history after the latest update.

So inconsistent it’s impossible to use

App doesn’t work. Will not pair to scale. It used to back when I bought it, but years of neglecting the app and now it won’t pair at all. The scale works great. The app is useless.

Not able to pair both my husband and I have attempted several times. Any suggestions!?!?

Password reset email arrives too late to be useful.

Unable to login keeps saying it will send code. Never received. Unable to use app!!!!! HELP

This app has worked minimally for years but all of a sudden it kicked me out and won’t let me back in.

Loved the scale & pairing with IPhone & Ihealth app. Unfortunately that’s all worthless when the app randomly decides to delete your password, require a new password then does not send a verification code to reset. The scale becomes a large cumbersome paperweight.

This scale is supposed to measure weight and body fat. I can get the weight but no body fat analysis. The weight is tracked to my phone but what I wanted was the body fat analysis.

This just isn’t a scale for getting any accurate reading of specific metrics. The weight is correct. That is about it. In over 4 years I have not had a single instance of a change in hydration levels and despite losing over 100lbs my fat % did not change at all.

The stupid app will not let me enter my height. What kind of a basic bug is that. Pls send a bug fix that allows me to enter my corrected height.

This app is a total joke. Shouldn’t need an app to use a scale but you do. The app doesn’t work often therefore my scale doesn’t work. You’d get a more accurate weight at a carnival.

App broke on last update, can’t login anymore, and can’t use the scale without the app.

Last week you replaced a great app with a version that crashes when ever I look at my Stats. I can’t see 6 months of charts or progress. And the weight number in the big circle is now so small I have to squint to read it. What Happened???

Tracks weight easily to my iPhone 11. No connection issues; however, with the most recent update, app closes when I click stats.

Keeps track of weight with other estimated biometrics

This scale and app worked great until I got logged out. My phone didn’t automatically save the password. I have tried to use the password recovery function but I just get an error code. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app.

This paired easily and works well. I am not super confident in some of the testing. But, it’s fantastic that it tracks my weight right on my phone!

I set up my scale, all stats (Wright, BMI, fat, hydration etc) recorded in the app but then i stepped on scale four days later and it only re order my weight and BMI, how do i get others to show up?

Literally logged me out after my first time, won’t let me use as a guest. When trying to use for the second time it made me change my password, I did, it told me my account didn’t exist so I tried to create it and it told me it already exists. So literally the worst app I have ever used. DONT DOWNLOAD

This is not a user friendly or scale

This app doesn’t give me the fat % and BMI as it has in the past. I’ve done everything possible to try and get it to read that info again and still doesn’t work! I agree with other reviewers...The IT/App developer needs to be replaced!!!

Cannot clear my profile and star anew, spelling mistakes galore, cannot upload profile photo, graphs are amateur, and there hardly any feedback or ways to get in touch with anyone.

Only functions working are weight and BMI. Using iPhone X. Can’t get other measurements to work. Buggy and deficient. App needs work.

I have an iPhone 6S plus. Paired without issue. Keeps an accurate record of all of my progress. The visual of my numbers is a wake up call and reminder to keep going.

The scale worked with app easily. I find the weights and details very inaccurate. You can weigh yourself in same spot multiple times in a row and get significant differences even teying to do everything exactly the same.

Just setup all the info then step onto the scale. The app will pick up the signal and input your weight. Easy as that. You’re welcome.

I see a lot of negative reviews. If you follow the directions step by step and make sure you have your Bluetooth on it connects immediately no problem here.

App is completely useless for me. Everything except the weight is not accurate and the one thing the scale tells me is the weight

Read the terms. Contract enforced through the laws in Beijing. By using you give the right to collect data and behaviors of any applications you use- not just this one!

Able to get app and scale to work with weight only so far. Pairing the two requires that you enable bluetooth on phone. Don’t expect to see the device in discovery mode. Schwinn exercise bikes work the same way. You have to be in the app with bluetooth on and the device on. The app will ask you to pair with your device, then they will communicate. So far I’ve only use the app as guest and so far have only been able to get weight on scale. No other measurements. I give it four stars for the scale working as expected. I take away one star out of five because of the mindset that everything I own must be paired with an app that logs into a manufacturer’s server. No reason the app and scale can’t be used by themselves without an internet connection. I can use guest mode without logging in. So take out the log in nag screen.

Paired and when I attempt to join it always says account illegal

Great scale, with the exception that mine is not ready body fat % and other measurements that it states it reads. Also worst customer service every! I’ve try calling the number on the app and I never go through! It’s like they have their contact info but no way on actually getting a hold of them! I hope the seller gets this review and reaches out for support.

Usually I would not return a $20 sale item. This is going back . I wouldn’t recommend it. To anyone. Don’t waste your time...or twenty bucks.

Do not use this app! After creating an account with them, my credentials were used by someone from Malaysia to sign into my gmail account which was thankfully blocked because of suspicious activity.
